Hi, I’m TJ

I am a child of the kitchen; baking is a part of my destiny. The joy of baking was shared with me at an early age. I’d say that I am self-taught, but the reality is that my late mother taught me most of what  I know. My education comes from within the walls of her kitchen, which served as my  indoctrination. Under her tutelage, I graduated from dishwasher to egg breaker to being given the opportunity to mix batter and finally promoted to cake decorator.  Through baking, I am able impart nurturing and caring for others.

Like many of you, I practice mindful eating. Having dessert is a choice and using quality ingredients lends best to obliging life’s indulgent moments. Fresh responsibly sourced dairy punctuate balanced flavors. I make custom products and have recipes to accommodate many dietary preferences. 

I have a rich cultural history and bring those influences into my food. No matter who we and where we come from, food is an element that unites us. I look forward to sharing my delicious recipes and projects with you.
